Outside of design, I love learning, exploring, and keeping busy. Here's a little more about the person behind the work.
A few things that keep me busy
I'm getting more serious about horse riding after being on and off with it for years, and I recently discovered pickleball, mostly because I found a great community to play with every Sunday.
I'm also a big fan of antiquing. Having moved around quite a bit, I think I've always been drawn to old things because they make a home feel like it has a story and has been lived in. I'm currently trying to become a plant mom too. I've killed more than a few, but apparently plants need water and good soil, so I'm learning to listen to them.
Basically, I like trying new things, finding good people, and always having something to look forward to.

Before UX
Eight years of helping people learn.
Before UX, I worked in education and loved working with kids. I was also a Learning Leader, supporting and supervising a team of teachers with training, lesson planning, and their day-to-day growth. It's still the part of my career I draw on most.
